The LawMate AHD-TR10 Digital Wireless Transmitter & Receiver makes it possible to transmit high-resolution AHD video wirelessly without relying on internet access, a Wi-Fi router or mobile data.
It is designed for professional surveillance, monitoring and field applications where running a video cable is impractical or where a direct wireless connection is preferred.
Turn an AHD Camera Into a Wireless Camera
The setup is simple:
AHD Camera → AHD-TX10 → Wireless Link → AHD-RX10 → DVR
The transmitter connects to the AHD camera, while the receiver connects to an AHD-compatible recorder or monitor.
This allows the camera to be positioned separately from the recording equipment without requiring a video cable between them.
The AHD-TR10 works particularly well with the LawMate BU-18AHD camera and PV-1000AHD DVR, but supplied adapters also make it compatible with other AHD cameras and recorders.
No Internet or Wi-Fi Network Required
Unlike IP-based wireless video systems, the AHD-TR10 creates a direct connection between the transmitter and receiver.
No router, access point, internet connection or mobile network is required.
This makes it especially useful for temporary surveillance, mobile operations and locations where network infrastructure is unavailable or unnecessary.
Long Range and Low Latency
The AHD-TR10 supports both 1080p and 720p AHD video and provides a typical wireless range of up to approximately 500 metres in open line-of-sight conditions.
Transmission latency is approximately 100 ms, providing a responsive video feed suitable for both live monitoring and recording.
The system operates on the 2.4 GHz band and uses 19 available wireless channels with automatic channel management.
Built for Portable Surveillance
Both the transmitter and receiver feature built-in 4000 mAh rechargeable batteries, making the system suitable for portable installations.
Approximate operating times are:
- TX10 transmitter: up to 220 minutes
- RX10 receiver: up to 450 minutes
External 5V power can also be used for longer or continuous operation.
Each unit measures only approximately 88 × 25 × 23 mm and weighs around 95 grams.
