When you place an order with us, you provide your personal information. By registering and placing an order, you consent to us storing and using your data in our operations to fulfill the contract with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Contact us via email: email@example.com.
The information we retain includes:
- First and last name
- Address – street address, postal code, and city
- Phone number and email address
- Information about the goods you have purchased and when you placed the order
- We do not have access or the capability to view or store your credit card details or personal identification numbers.
Your personal data related to purchases will normally be deleted when there is no longer a need to store the information to answer your questions, and the product’s warranty period has expired (36 months), unless we need the information for a longer period to fulfill other legitimate purposes or obligations under the law, such as the Accounting Act.
Personal data that we process based on your consent will be deleted if you withdraw your consent.
Instead of deleting personal data, it may in some cases be relevant to anonymize them so that the data can be used for historical, analytical, and other legitimate commercial purposes. Anonymization means removing all characteristics that identify or could potentially identify a person so that the data no longer constitutes personal data.
