Guarantee In addition to the right to make a complaint, Skybox AB provides a 12-month warranty, battery and memory card have a 6-month warranty. The definition of an original fault is that the fault already existed at delivery and that the user has not been able to influence the fault and is not due to, for example, wear, abnormal use, negligence or any form of external influence such as tap or liquid damage.
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days for Sweden and Denmark, 2-4 days for Finland and EU, 3-5 days for Norway.
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping and handling fee.
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 30 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
